WilliamsWarn 23/25 American Lager

Experience our American Lager, a straw-colored brew with a refreshing, low bitterness. This lager is crisp, dry, and perfectly thirst-quenching. The included lager yeast imparts subtle fruity notes, adding a touch of character to this light, balanced beer. The kit comes with a 1.7kg can of American Lager extract, a 1.5kg bag of Dry Malt extract, and an 11g pack of Fermentis S-23 Lager yeast. The brew achieves an Original Gravity of 1.045 (11.25°P), fermenting to a Final Gravity of around 1.009 (2.3°P), resulting in a 4.8% ABV, 13 IBU, and 3 SRM/6 EBC color. Best fermented at 18-28ºC , with an ideal target near the middle of this range.
